Working for The Third Floor studio, I created storyboards for a proposed feature film called Harry & Gary. Our client was a Chinese production company that had this idea for a family film where a boy accidentally enters a universe of dogs, and has to find his way home. As board artists, we worked from a story outline only, writing our own dialog along the way. Our animatics feature all temp audio, including all the voices which we and other folks around the office provided.
This scene contains my rough boards for a big sports sequence in an arena. The dogs are being put through the gauntlet to test their dogginess agility. An undercover police dog is attempting to sniff out that one of the contestants is really a human.
